It was a very good experience. Dr. O'Connor was simultaneously professional, friendly, and empathic. I left with a sense that the exam had been thorough and that I had found someone who was genuinely interested in me as a patient.

Everything seemed to be well coordinated and the procedure went well. Staff was attentive and answered my questions. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I just had my procedure yesterday.

Very impressive office staff and providers. 1st visit, could not have been more impressed. Very thorough examination and excellent feedback. I have used a number of dermatologists over the years and I will put Dr. O'Coner at the top of my list.

I have never been to a more upbeat and engaging clinic. At every step I was informed of what was happening. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a private practice, and hopefully this is the new standard for patient care.
