I am sure the procedural quality of the practice is good or my dermatologist would not have recommended you all. I am been in more congenial situations today including the vet referral, Blue Pearl, Trader Joe’s, Brecotea, a pastry shop, & the P.O. in Manakin. It’s polite to look at people when speaking to them & act as though they are present. There was one exception of the nurses & that was a young black woman who quickly came into my room to check on me. She was friendly, looked at me whilst talking & smiled.

Dr Gillen and his staff (Beth in particular) went over and above in making me feel comfortable for my surgery. I had questions regarding my pressure bandage and Beth answered all of my concerns. I would recommend anyone to this practice for removal of skin carcinoma

I felt that your service was more measured and sharing. By that I mean that the explanations were offered up front and if I didn’t understand what was said, Dr O’Conner made sure to back up and explain. (We all speak in professional shorthand, but the key is revisiting what was said to the point the patient understands). I am quite happy with my visit.

Dr. O'Conner was so nice. I had spots frozen and 4 biopsies and never was in any pain. Cares so much about patients comfort.
